These Terms and Conditions (T&C) establish the legal framework under which users can access and use the platform, services, and courses provided by HZad Education.

• User: Any individual or entity that accesses, browses, or uses the platform.
• Course: An educational module or program offered on the platform.
• Service: Any feature, functionality, or support provided by HZad Education.
• Platform: The online website or mobile application through which HZad Education delivers services.
• Content: Any material provided by HZad Education, including course materials, videos, tutorials, and written resources.

By accessing or using HZad Education's platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. HZad Education reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform. If under 18, you may use it only with consent of a parent or legal guardian. Creating an account is necessary to access certain courses and services.

HZad Education provides online courses including language learning, test preparation, and skill-based courses. Courses are accessible upon successful registration and payment (if applicable). HZad Education may update or modify course offerings at any time.

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws. Content is provided for personal, educational use only. The following actions are prohibited:

• Sharing or distributing login credentials with unauthorized parties.
• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing course materials without permission.
• Engaging in harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior on the platform.

We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other payment gateways. All payments must be made in full prior to accessing paid courses. We operate on a one-time payment model with no subscriptions or recurring payments.

HZad Education fully complies with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect personal data such as name, email address, payment information, and usage activity. User data may be shared with trusted third-party partners only for fulfilling services. We do not sell or trade user data.

All course materials, videos, tutorials, and other content are owned by HZad Education or our licensors. Users are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal educational use only.

We may suspend or terminate a user's account for violations of these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate access at any time. "Lifetime access" is subject to the continued availability of the service and company operations.

HZad Education makes no warranties regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. In no event will HZad Education be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HZad Education is located. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through arbitration rather than litigation.

Users are encouraged to provide feedback which may be used for improvement or marketing. Public reviews must comply with community guidelines.

HZad Education will not be held liable for failure or delay due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, technological failures, or governmental actions.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder of the agreement continues in full force. These Terms represent the entire agreement between HZad Education and the user.
